We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service:
Purchase information: When you purchase access to OT Blueprint, your transaction is processed by Gumroad, Inc. We receive your name and email address from Gumroad after a completed purchase. We do not collect or store your payment card information — this is handled entirely by Gumroad and their payment processor, Stripe.
License key usage: When you enter your license key to access the study resource, we verify it against Gumroad's API. We do not store your license key or track your usage of the study resource.
Contact information: If you contact us by email, we receive your name and email address and use them only to respond to your inquiry.
We use the information we collect only to:
— Deliver your purchased license key and provide access to the study resource
— Respond to your support or general inquiries
— Send transactional emails related to your purchase (via Gumroad)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Gumroad: We use Gumroad to process payments and deliver license keys. When you make a purchase, you are subject to Gumroad's privacy policy, available at gumroad.com/privacy. Gumroad uses Stripe to process payments securely.
Netlify: Our website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser information for security and performance purposes. See Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.
OT Blueprint does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We use only a session-based mechanism to remember that you have entered a valid license key during your browser session. This is not a persistent cookie and is cleared when you close your browser.
We retain your name and email address only as long as necessary to provide support and maintain purchase records. If you request deletion of your information, we will remove it from our records within 30 days. Note that Gumroad maintains their own purchase records subject to their own retention policies.
OT Blueprint is intended for occupational therapy students and graduates aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information about the personal data we collect, request deletion of your personal data, and opt out of the sale of your personal data. We do not sell personal data. To exercise your rights, contact us at the email address below.
